It's back! The Austin Studio Tour is a free, self-guided art event that takes place over 3 weekends and combines the West Austin Studio Tour and East Austin Studio Tour. It's fun, don't miss it!
NEW on SOLA opening 11/15
A chocolate and churro shop from Madrid opens an Austin cafe on SOLA. San Ginés will have a food truck dishing out desserts plus a restaurant with paella, Spanish tortillas, and croquettes. Can't wait to try this one.
HOBBY TIME: New pottery studio in Clarksville
Full-service ceramics studio, Mud Studio, just opened off West 6th in Clarksville and offering 6 week class programs. They also offer memberships, but currently on a waitlist. Let's go throw some clay!
New in Rollingwood: Pepita's Cafe & Bar
Love a new spot in Rollingwood! Serving up yummy modern Mexican bites and delicious frozens, Pepita's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner complete with a super cute patio. Oh, and they also offer Sunday brunch!
Fortlandia is back at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
Fortlandia aims to connect people of all ages to the environment by evoking a sense of childhood play and wonder. Van and I just went and it was great. Open Oct. 4, 2024 – Feb. 2, 2025.
